1. Surface Preparation:
   • Clean the surface thoroughly, removing all dirt, grease, rust, and loose material.
   • Sand the area to create a rough surface for better adhesion.
2. Mixing:
   • Stir the Evercoat Kitty Hair well before use.
   • Mix the required amount of filler with the supplied hardener according to the instructions (typically, a golf ball-sized amount of filler with a pea-sized amount of hardener).
   • Blend thoroughly until you achieve a uniform color. Be sure to mix only what you can use in a few minutes, as the filler begins to harden quickly.
3. Application:
   • Apply the mixed filler onto the prepared surface using a spreader or putty knife.
   • Spread it evenly, ensuring full coverage over the damaged area.
   • You can use fiberglass cloth or mat for additional reinforcement if needed, but it’s not required.
4. Shaping & Sanding:
   • Allow the filler to cure completely (usually within 20-30 minutes).
   • Once dry, sand the area with coarse grit sandpaper to smooth it and shape as needed.
5. Finishing:
   • For a smoother finish, apply a finer body filler like Evercoat Rage® or Metal Glaze® over the repaired area.
   • Sand the area again for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
