We carry the adapters for all of the wheels you may need to get your job done, so you don’t need to worry about acquiring parts after buying your wheels. There are multiple types of sanding wheels for any particular job: edge grinders, surface grinders, and sanders. 

The Vexel Ridgid Disk is a very aggressive grinding disk with a particularly long life. It is designed for heavy-duty grinding and removal of large quantities of material or particularly tough material. The materials it is best used for are harder stones and metals such as marble, granite, quartzite, sintered slabs, concrete and engineered concrete, and steel, stainless steel, cast iron, welding beam, and non-ferrous metals and alloys respectively. It can also be used for Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Plastic (CFRP) and Glass Fiber Reinforcement Plastic (GFRP). This disk has a fluoric rubber backing and diamond grits for maximum noise and vibration reduction and the highest overall performance. This disk is available in  4-1/2”, 5” and 7” with 7/8” Arbor or with 5/8”-11 Zinc Hub.

DW Style Grinding Wheels are aggressive grinding wheels specifically made to grind stone products. This is the best choice for any shaping or beveling work. It has endurance and aggressiveness preferred by fabricators and performs exceptionally on most granites and harder materials. It also has a turbo design to remove material quickly and can be used wet or dry. These wheels come in coarse and medium grits and are available in 4” or 6” diameters. 

The DS Style Grinding Wheel is a lighter-weight wheel that is best used for lightweight grinding and shaping work, particularly on marble, granite, and other engineered stone.  This wheel is versatile and fits on most common wet polishers or angle grinders. It can be used at high or low speeds and can be used dry or wet. This wheel also has a “no bounce” construction feature which improves control and reduces fatigue on the operator.
